6. Refunds & Cancellations

General Policy: WCFA does not offer refunds for any class, camp, or private lesson once it has been taken or reserved.

Exceptions: Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of WCFA and Head Coach Nikolay Kovalev.

7. Safety & Equipment

To ensure safety during training:

All fencers must follow WCFA’s safety protocols.

All kids are required to wear sneakers or other closed-toe athletic shoes during every class, camp, or private lesson.

Proper fencing attire—including mask, jacket, glove, and chest protector (where required)—is mandatory.

WCFA reserves the right to remove any participant who does not comply with safety requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
Participation in fencing and related activities involves inherent risk. By joining any WCFA program, you voluntarily assume all associated risks. WCFA, its coaches, and staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during training, lessons, camps, or events.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website or participate in WCFA programs, you agree to the most current version.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within Orange County, California.
